Great flexible service

Just had a burner and liner installed by Nick. He did a fantastic job. He came over a year ago and gave us great advice on how we could renovate our chimney breast to accommodate one. Throughout he's been very helpful and professional. He is busy so make sure you book early.

Stoves N Stacks have been providing me with a 5* service for 15 years or more. I don’t even consider using any other company.

Came to quote. Had a good conversation and booked us in for 2 months time. Said not to worry if we don't hear anything as he's busy. 2 weeks before the date given for the install, Nick said we were not booked in and he could not install the burner till after Christmas, letting us down with little time in which to reify. No answer and no return of calls after initial let down. despite trying to call many times, to discuss further. Would NOT recommend! Shame as initial conversation was good, seemed honest and he lives minutes from us and you would have thought it would be a good local job for him.
